    I wondered if anybody could tell me more about the Golden Era Jazz Series (Brunswick – UK) evidently put together by The Collectors Corner of Melody Maker.

    I have 3 of the records 7/8, 9/10, 15/16 (see attached listing). Two of these appear made in India.

    So I know there was a Collectors Corner in the Melody Maker (during its Jazz hey day). How did this get picked up by Brunswick? Was it a Brunswick or Melody Maker initiative? How many were in the series? Why were some made in India?

    Any information most welcomed.
