    This is not a 78 disc, but I thought I'd share a recent transfer of a favorite LP - 1960 RCA Sibelius Violin Concerto w/Heifetz and the Chicago Symphony. The results of using one pass of ClickRepair resulted in an outstanding transfer. Amazing sound for 1960! LSC-2435

    Alfred Cortot plays Franck Prelude, Aria and Finale. 1932 Good RCA "Z" pressings and ClickRepair applied. Ward Marston has also transferred this, but I have not heard it. I wonder how my amateur transfer compares?

    The second side of this unusual Single 78. Side 2 features Tchaikovsky's Cossack Dance from Mazeppa with Harty & the Halle Orch. of Manchester. Recorded. Feb 12,1932, it was the last studio recording the Halle made w/ Harty as conductor.

    Can any of our classical experts identify this recording? This is a Columbia "experimental" test pressing, 10" vinyl microgroove. No indication of orchestra/conductor. Mendelssohn Mid-summer Night's Dream. The only writing in the wax is "ERD/X-2".
